Return, Replacement or Refund Policy

We recommend you to read our RETURN, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND POLICY prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on return, replacement or refund. We also recommend you immediately inspect any items that we deliver to ensure you are completely satisfied with the items, including the items which are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
This Policy only applies where you make a purchase online from our Monsta Store and our Company reserves the sole right and discretion to revise and amend all Policies at any time without prior notice to you.
A) RETURNS
- Returns must be done within five (5) working days starting from the date you received the items. If five (5) days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
- You may return the items in the event that you have received an items that is different from the items that you have ordered or items received were manufactured defect (excluding items marked as display set items or clearance items).
- And the general requirements for returns are as follows:
- i) You have the proof of purchase such as an order invoice number and receipt of the returned item.
- ii) The items must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and along with all original accessories (includes but not limited to manuals, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts or vouchers received with it.
- iii) The product must not have been used and shall be return in a good conditions.
- We regret to inform that any return made due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- We reserve the right to reject any refund and/or replacement deemed unfit or unreasonable.
B) REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT
- Once your return items is received, our Team shall conduct an inspection on the return items within seven (7) working days upon receipt of the same. We shall then notify you the approval of your refund or replacement (whichever applicable depending on the availability of stocks of the same items returned by you to us).
- In the event that you are eligible for a refund approval, our Team will be processing your refund within thirty (30) working days credited into your designated accounts or any other method of payment that may be agreed by both parties; OR if you are eligible for a replacement approval, the replacement items shall be posted to your address within seven (7) working days, which both timeline shall be running upon received notification from our Team of the same.
C) SHIPPING
- Kindly ship the return items to ANIMONSTA STUDIOS SDN BHD (872376-W), L1-01, L1-02, L1-03, CoPlace 3, Block 3740, Cyber 8, Persiaran APEC, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor.
- Shipping Cost:-
- i) You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the items to us and such shipping costs are non-refundable by us.
- ii) We will not bear any shipping cost to return the items to you in the following events (a) that you are not entitle for the replacement of items; or (b) that due to your failure to collect the items or consignment from the respective office of the shipping company. Therefore, you are advise to collect your items at our designated office.
- Our company shall not be responsible due to the lost in transit by the shipping company. You are advise to negotiate with the shipping services for any compensation entitlement for such lost.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement items to reach you, may vary.
- You may consider using a trackable shipping services, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item upon you shipped of the same.
