Can I visit Monsta Studios to purchase something?

Monsta Studios is no longer handling purchases at our premises. You may purchase our merchandise through our official partnered stores such as 7-Eleven, Parkson, etc. Or catch us at our booths during events/ roadshows which are usually announced on our social media accounts.

How much shipping fee charged for Malaysia?

Shipping fee will be charged based on location andselected courier rate. Note that before checkout and proceed to payment you can see the shipping cost below. Extra cost will be added if the weight of the items ordered more than 30KG.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Monsta Store?

As for 2026, we have expand our payment method, so right now if can accept from Paypal, Online Banking, E-wallets and what suits you the best. The payments is secure.

How long will delivery take?

For domestic delivery,

For international delivery
Take 5-20 working days

Do you ship internationally?

We now ship internationally but only for selected countries.
